St Johns Park High School, under the leadership of Sue French, provide a case study in how to implement project-based learning. Sue originally hosted an open PBL day, in partnership with Big Picture Learning Australia. Having taken part as a participant, she felt that PBL would work for some staff – not all. So she looked for volunteers willing to be trained by us and over the course of 6 days, we worked with about a third of the teaching staff.
